A special message by INSPAD President on the occasion of International Day of elimination against Women

The protection of women’s rights and their dignity and protection is the religious, moral and social responsibility of every government, institution and individual. Islam has given a lot of rights and respect to women. And has taken responsibility to ensure their safety. Women in the society are held sacred and respected as mother, sister, wife and daughter and there are declarations and agreements to ensure this globally.
There is also an effective law to take action on violence and harassment against women, but despite this, such incidents happen every day in every class and region, it shakes the spirit of humanity. All individuals, institutions, scholars and organizations, parliamentarians also have the responsibility to play an effective role in remedying this cruelty and abuse.
The Institute of Peace and Development INSPAD is continuing its work in this regard and has established a separate women’s groups on social media and we are also giving special awards to them for awareness of women’s empowerment. Since the year 2000, we have been giving awards to eminent and worthy women every year and will continue to do so.
The atrocities, genocide, killings and abuses that are happening to women in Kashmir, Palestine, Syria, Afghanistan and Ukraine and many other countries are a slap in the face of humanity and a big test for the United Nations, OIC, EU, African Union and other major international organizations to unite and fight hatred against women. ensure the end of violence and other measures.
