Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov nominated for Peace Prize
The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov, was nominated for the prestigious international Peace Prize. This award was once approved by the non-governmental organization INSPAD.
The abbreviation INSPAD is translated into Russian as “Institute for Peace and Development”. It became known about Kadyrov’s nomination for this award from the message of the Chechen TV and Radio Company “Grozny”. The statement of the TV and radio company notes that INSPAD separately noted the important contribution of Ramzan Akhmatovich to the development of international relations, educational and humanitarian programs, as well as relations between representatives of different faiths.
It is also noteworthy that INSPAD is an international organization officially registered in Brussels. In addition, the organization has had ad hoc observer status with the United Nations for over a decade.
