Amb Franca Colozzo
Franca Colozzo, an Italian Architect / writer and a retired teacher of Drawing and History of Art, seconded seven years (1996 -2002) at the Italian High School I.M.I. in Istanbul (Turkey) on behalf of the Italian Foreign Affairs, received many awards from international organizations.
Passionate about justice and geo-policy, attentive to the rights of the weakest social classes and the importance of the education of women and children, her current focus is in writing articles, essays and poems, etc. about issues like Human Rights, Peace, environmental problems, migrations, women empowerment, violence against children (Child Brides), education and health related programs, etc.
Writer of essays, poems and novels on different blogs, she obtained some professional and academic awards from recognized organizations in Turkey and in Italy.
During the seven years abroad, thanks to the multi-ethnic and multi-cultural experience, she published some books and organized several exhibitions at the most prestigious high schools and universities in Istanbul.
Selected in 2005 as E.N.D. – OIB1 Building Policy – GUIM 06/51, at the European Community of Bruxelles (Belgium), she was appointed in 2018 GGA Director Italy by Richard DiPilla, founder of GGA ~Virginia, USA; Ambassador of Peace by Dr. Muhammad Tahir Tabassum, CEO & President Institute of Peace and Development ~INSPAD, plus numerous other certifications on Human Rights, on women’s empowerment, etc. She is currently an honorary member of the Women Economic Forum ~ WEF.
